A major catalyst for the project’s success is the construction of a new barrage across the Mahanadi River. By maintaining a stable, optimal water level through all seasons, the barrage eliminates seasonal dry spells, paving the way for non-stop water sports, eco-tourism, and vibrant public gatherings throughout the year.
